A VACANT block of land at Keilor Park in Melbourne's north-west, has sold for $390,390.
CBRE’s Linsday Davidson negotiated the deal on behalf of vendor Mobile Radio Services Pty Ltd, in his first deal for the agency.
Located at 38 Concorde Drive, within the Translink Business Park, the 1,001 sqm site was acquired by Bovino Investments Pty Ltd.
Davidson said location was a key factor in the sale.
“The site benefits from close proximity to Colder Freeway, Melbourne Airport and the CBD, while Translink itself is an A-grade business district. The buyer is a local property developer, who owns a number of properties in the area. He has plans to build a shed on the site around 750 sqm,” he concluded.
