KNIGHT Frank has bolstered its residential project marketing team with two new appointments in New South Wales and Queensland.
Sam Kandil has been appointed as head of residential project marketing NSW and Chris Litfin as head in QLD.
Knight Frank’s head of residential project marketing, Australia, Michael Robinson said the team is in a significant phase of growth.
“We are building on our existing residential network in key hubs across the country. We have strong project marketing teams in cities including Brisbane, Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, Adelaide and the Gold Coast.
Litfin has over 20 years’ experience in project marketing and will be based both in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, joining Knight Frank’s director, project marketing, Brisbane Gillian Bail who is located in Brisbane.
Originally running the business for PRD Gold Coast, which became Colliers, Litfin went on to open his own business before joining CBRE to head up their project marketing team in QLD. Litfin has been involved with some of the most high-profile projects on the Gold Coast, including the Q1 Resort & Spa, Ephraim Island and The Wave Resort.
Kandil joins the NSW team with 25 years’ experience in property. He has led the sales of over 38 significant residential projects across Sydney achieving over $3.5 billion in sales in the last five years.
