Knight Frank’s residential network in London continues to grow with a new Southbank office the latest addition.
Located within the mixed-use Southbank Place, it marks the 32nd local London office for Knight Frank. Mark Batty has been appointed to lead the lettings team, while Daniel Woods will lead the sales team.
The new branch will give Knight Frank presence in one of the largest regeneration schemes in Europe, stretching over 5.25 acres, with over 800 new homes, 48,000 sq.ft of shops, restaurants and bars, as well as 530,000 sq. ft. of office space.
