DEVELOPER Kokoda Property is delivering its third project in Brisbane’s Milton, unveiling Ruby Ruby, a collection of 144 architecturally designed apartments.
Located at 12-18 Crombie Street, Ruby Ruby the apartments will be spread across a 21-storey multi-residential building, with a mix of two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 65sqm to 155sqm and priced between $654,000 – $2,495,000.
While the Ruby Ruby Penthouse Collection will encompass six sub penthouses and two master penthouses ranging from 188sqm to 392sqm and starting at $3.75 million.
Kokoda Property acquired the 1,640sqm site back in March and has since worked with architects Cottee Parker on the design of the project, with Carr Design delivering the interiors for the penthouse collection.
“Ruby Ruby is packed with an incredible range of extensive amenities that offer buyers an elevated luxury apartment living experience in Brisbane,” said Mark Stevens, founder and managing director at Kokoda Property.
Ruby Ruby will include resident access to recreational facilities including a large rooftop infinity pool, BBQ space and deck, floating day beds and cabanas, fire pit, private fining and bar and state-of-the-art private cinema lounge.
This in addition to meeting rooms, a dog wash and health and wellness space with sauna, spa, plunge pool, yoga studio and gym.

In May, Kokoda Property was part of the largest deal ever recorded for Brisbane’s inner city, having snapped up the last remaining riverfront site in exclusive Teneriffe, which it will transform into a $1.75 billion hotel, office, residential and hospitality precinct.
