AGED care residential accommodation provider has bought a vacant site in Golden Grove in Adelaide’s outer north, and has submitted plans for a $60 million project.
The 12,900sqm site, on the corner of Surrey Farm Drive and The Golden Way, was sold Pedare Christian College and will include 78 independent living units, 24 serviced apartments and an 80-bed residential aged care facility.
It will also feature health services, a café, hairdresser and other lifestyle activities.
Marchese Partners will be involved with the development of the community site in a consulting role, whilst Pedare Christian College and Life Care will incorporate learning options in food technology, allied health and aged care for the school’s students from junior through to senior school.
