TRANSPORT and logistics giant Linfox has put a Rosebery site deemed surplus to needs up for sale, bringing a rare South Sydney development opportunity to the market.
The Dalmeny Avenue property has around 50 metres of street frontage and offers access to the Eastern Distributor, and is close to the popular East Village dining and entertainment development.
LJ Hooker Commercial’s Marcus Schraag and Michael Binskin have been managing the expressions of interest campaign closing on Thursday.
“This is one of the last boutique, mixed-use redevelopment sites available in South Sydney. It’s within a vibrant neighbourhood that has gone through significant rejuvenation, but the tree-lined Dalmeny Avenue has managed to retain a quiet, laid-back lifestyle amongst the contemporary amenities,” Schraag said.
It includes a 774 sqm building and its immediate neighbours include Meriton’s Zeta apartment complex.
