LJ Commercial has increased its presence in Sydney with the addition of three new offices in March.
LJ Hooker Commercial will open the new offices of Canterbury, North-West located at Bella Vista and establish a second Macarthur office at Narellan.
LJ Hooker head of commercial Christopher Mourd said the new offices would add significant benefits to the brand’s wider, integrated network offering.
“The trio of new offices are in marketplaces which hold long-term opportunities across retail, industrial and office sectors.
“Sydney’s buoyancy has spread beyond the city and fringe, fostering wider commerce and investment hubs,” he said.
The three new Sydney offices will be led by:
LJ Hooker Commercial North-West – Glen Peterson, Shaun Lilly and Jason Andreou
LJ Hooker Commercial Canterbury – David Diamantopoulos, Adrian Abrook
LJ Hooker Commercial Macarthur (Narellan) – Darren Zammit, Aaron Ward and David Pollard
