LJ Hooker Commercial has bolstered its Perth team with the appointment of Mark Townsend and Tami Bennett.
Townsend was a former director at Savills and brings 25 years experience. He has been appointed to the newly created role of head of property management.
Bennett joins from JLL and has been appointed senior property manager.
LJ Hooker Commercial Perth principal Vincent Siciliano said sentiment was improving across all commercial sectors ahead of an anticipated upswing.
“LJ Hooker Commercial Perth is now in its sixth year of business, and part of our long-term strategy was to strengthen our property management offering at this juncture in our growth plan.
“Opportunistically, our plan has aligned with the first green shoots emerging in WA’s economy. The upswing will be a gradual-burn, but we’re receiving a lot of enquiry for investors and tenants around opportunities in Perth and that sentiment is reflected in falling vacancy rates,” Siciliano said. “We’re positioning ourselves to cater for the emerging demand and having specialists of Mark and Tami’s calibre join the team instils confidence in our clients.”
