A THREE -level retail and apartment building in Hobart’s CBD, just metres from the new Myer development, has sold for $1.75 million.
Mark Devine and Alan Clark of LJ Hooker Commercial sold the 134 Liverpool Street property, which has a 445 sqm building on a 187 sqm site near the corner of Murray Street.
It sold with a lease to women’s clothing retail Luxe, while the top-level apartment was marketed with potential for use as Airbnb accommodation.
