A RARE oceanfront residential development site on Sydney’s northern beaches, offering an opportunity for six penthouse apartments, has sold for $10.1 million.
The site, at 5 Pavilion St Queenscliff was marketed by CBRE agents Peter Krieg and Nick Heaton and sold under the hammer by Auctionworks.
Current improvements on the 762sqm site comprise 12 prestigious apartments with beach, ocean and harbour views over a six-storey building of 900sqm.
Plans were approved for the site in September 2015, with the opportunity for six whole-floor penthouse apartments, subject to council approval.
