WEALTHY businessman Lyn Brazil, the second largest shareholder in property developer Devine, is selling his Vermelha cattle station in the Northern Territory.
The 200,000ha carries about 10,000 head of cattle with capacity for more.
It is expected realise around $18 million, with no agents yet appointed to market the property.
Brazil is worth at least $200 million and has owned the station for nearly two decades.
