SYDNEY commercial real estate sales and leasing group X Commercial has launched a property valuation and advisory service, to be headed up by industry veteran Michael Mannix.
Formerly of MJM Property Group, Mannix has 40 years’ experience and recently headed up the NSW taskforce covering the West and North Connex infrastructure projects and has provided advice and valuations to major private and government landowners.
The new division of X Commercial will provide valuation reports including analysis of tax and investment analytics, a complete acquisition service, and commercial tenant representation.
X Commercial launched in July through the combination of LJ Hooker Commercial offices in South Sydney, Chatswood and the Inner West, and David Brown’s DB Property in Surry Hills. It posted sales of more than $110 million during the September quarter.
“X Commercial is the only independent agency brand in NSW to have an in-house registered valuer in Michael, whose extensive experience, industry contacts and background is a great fit for our agency network and a significant point of difference for us”, X Commercial’s CEO, Daniel O’Brien said.
Mannix said, “X Commercial is shaking up the property market with scale and a very talented team of agents, who we will backed up by our service in their work for landowners, buyers and tenants”.
