CAR dealer Werribee Mazda has acquired a freestanding warehouse office property at Hoppers Crossing.
CBRE’s Harry Kalaitzis negotiated the deal on behalf of boutique development and investment company Up Property.
Located at 29-31 Industrial Avenue, the property features three office/warehouse buildings on one title, offering a total building area of 4,450 sqm with dual street frontage onto Industrial Avenue and Horne St.
Werribee Mazda will occupy the vacant buildings fronting Industrial Avenue to use as its pre-delivery centre, while taking advantage of the short term income offered from the building fronting Horne Street, which is to be leased to Lubricon Hydrive.
Kalaitzis said the building’s diverse space was one of the key factors driving the sale.
