METRO Property has reached 75% of sales at its housing estate Fairway Residences located on part of the Strathfield Golf Course in Sydney’s west.
Fairway Residences comprises 50 luxury town homes with a range of spacious three and four bedroom designs priced from $1.6 million.
Metro has sold 37 homes, with only 13 homes still for sale.
“We’ve seen a lot of uptake in three bedroom plus study designs predominantly from families and young professional couples. The feedback we’ve received from buyers across the board is that the stylish design, high quality finishes and unique location on the golf course were the development’s main drawcards,” Metro’s Phil Leahy said.
He added that Buyers have come from suburbs such as Strathfield, Homebush, Rhodes, and even the Hills District including Baulkham Hills and Castle Hill.
The remaining homes are priced from $1,650,000 to $2,099,000.
