MFS Diversified Group has paid $NZ33 million for the Q&V office building in Auckland’s CBD.
Located 203 Queen Street, the property is a mid-rise commercial office tower and was recently refurbished.
This asset offers a mix of office and retail based rental income, with retail representing approximately 32% of assessed market income.
The purchase brings the total number of properties in MFT to 50 with a combined asset value of over $A298 million.
Meanwhile, MFS Diversified Group has settled on the $6.5 million sale of 172 Ingram Road, Acacia Ridge in Queensland.
