MFS Limited has sold 60% of its New Zealand financial services business to a group of investors including a subsidiary of the Babcock & Brown Group.
MFS will retain a 40% ownership of the MFS New Zealand operations and manage the whole of the MFS New Zealand operations on behalf of itself and the financial investors.
