MIRVAC's Harold Park Precinct 3 has generated strong demand with 275 of 292 apartments and terrace houses sold to its VIP database.
Precinct 3, known as Maestro, consists of four buildings which range from $545,000 for open plan one-bedroom apartments, to $1.75 million for a three bedroom terrace home.
“Harold Park has been an enormous success story for Mirvac with each release surpassing our expectations. The Precinct 3 release to our VIP database was immediately taken up, with buyers not wanting to miss out on a chance to buy into this project,” Mirvac CEO residential development John Carfi said.
“The high number of repeat purchasers demonstrates the strength of the Mirvac brand along with our understanding of the lifestyle and trends that buyers want. As a result of this outstanding sales momentum, we are looking to fast-track our next releases at Harold Park to meet this demand,” he added.
Located 2.5 kms from Sydney’s CBD, Harold Park will ultimately consist 1,250 apartments and terraces. Since the project launch in late 2011, over 751 contracts have exchanged. The value of sales to date equates to $693 million, representing 97.0% pre-sold.
