THE next stage of Mirvac’s Ascot Green community in Brisbane has been fast tracked after the sell-out success of the last and $18 million in sales this year.
The latest stage of the community development, which sits along Eagle Farm Racecourse in Ascot, has begun taking registrations of interest, with the third building set to be launched in late 2021 to early 2022.
Tulloch House, the most recent stage, achieved sell-out status this week as the last off-the-plan apartment of 84 sold. The eight-level building is comprised of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, with sale prices ranging from $450,000 to more than $2 million.
“While all Tulloch House apartments have now been secured, we have continued to field interest from those wanting a place in the community, prompting us to expedite the timeline for our next chapter of Ascot Green,” said Stuart Penklis, head of residential at Mirvac.
Construction is yet to be completed on Tulloch House, though the structure recently topped out and works are now being completed on the interior joinery fit out, balconies and the 700sqm roof terrace.
The roof terrace will also include a turfed yoga lawn, bbq facilities, entertainment space and a ground level pool.
“We are in the design phase and working to bring this release to the market as soon as possible. While the finer details are being finalised, it will follow in the footsteps of our first two stages, Ascot House and Tulloch House, delivering high quality apartments to this one-of-a-kind location,” added Penklis.
The Ascot Green community is part of a $1.2 billion masterplan redevelopment of Eagle Farm by Brisbane Racing Club, with the overall redevelopment set to be comprised of residential apartments, commercial office space, hospitality, service amenities and entertainment offerings.
The community sits 700 metres from the Racecourse Village shopping centre, is within close range of the Racecourse Road lifestyle precinct, as well as the new Ascot Park, a child centre and the Ascot Aquatics Centre.
Tulloch House is scheduled for a late 2021 completion.
