GLOBAL workplace strategy, design and construction firm Unispace has appointed a regional CEO for Australia and New Zealand, in Emma Forster Mitrovski.
Forster Mitrovski, who will bring more than 25 years of experience in senior and executive leadership roles in both public and private organisations, will in this new position build and embolden global strategic alliances for the firm.
Additionally, as CEO Forster Mitrovski will head up the business’ growth in the region through acquisition and development.

Forster Mitrovski previously served in senior positions at CBFRE, Broadspectrum Property, UGL Services, Five D Holdings, Colonial First State Property, CBA, PWC and the NSW State Government.
“I am committed to building upon Unispace’s strong foundations in Australia and New Zealand by working closely with the local and global teams to take the business and our clients’ experience to the next level,” added Foster Mitrovski.
The new position follows the Australia founded Unispace’s absorption by multinational private equity firm, PAG in March of this year, in a bid to speed up the growth of the workplace platform.
Foster Mitrovski’s clients have previously included ANZ Bank, Macquarie, Fuji Xerox, Kimberly-Clarke, Mondelez, American Express, Carlton United Breweries, QBE, GE and various government agencies, both state and federal.
