THE Junction Club hotel at Moonee Ponds in Melbourne's north-west has been snapped up by a Chinese investor for $10.7 million.
CBRE’s Justin Clarkson and Scott Callow sold the property at 740 Mt Alexander Rd, which comprises a 2,541 sqm building on a 1,943 sqm site.
In another deal, a mainland Chinese investor recently bought 105 Little Bourke St in Melbourne’s Chinatown for $3.48 million on a yield of 2.61%.
CBRE’s Josh Rutman, Tom Tuxworth and Mark Wizel negotiated the sale and said the price represented a rate of $16,338 per sqm.
