Located at 1, 5-7 Compark Circuit, Mulgrave, the property comprises a building area of 251 sqm and features four partitioned offices plus an over allocation of 13 on-site car spaces on title.
CVA Property Consultants’ John Nockles and Daniel Philip sold the property and said the sale price equates to a building a rate of $4,581.67 per sqm.
