A SELECTION of nine skyloft apartments within the $100 million Kodo development in the Adelaide CBD have been released to the market.
Each of the double-storey lofts feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies, and uninterrupted views to the Adelaide Hills, and are amongst the highest apartments in the city.
The highest of the nine released is on level 27 of the 30-storey development.
Prices for the new apartments start from $760,000.
Steve Wise, chief executive officer of developer Flagship Property Holdings, said Kodo had developed the sky loft apartments with architect Woods Bagot in response to market demand.
“We had a terrific response to our loft apartments on the podium, which are now all sold but continue to be an attractive floorplan for potential purchasers looking for something larger and unique,” he said. “Woods Bagot’s design of the building has allowed us to replicate this experience higher up the tower as sky lofts.”
Kodo is located on Angas Street, near Victoria Square, and includes a four-level podium from ground level that will incorporate car parking, bicycle parks and residential apartments.
One, two and three bedroom apartments will encompass the 26 levels above it.
Watpac began construction of Kodo earlier this year and residents are expected to begin moving in by the end of next year.
