Audit, tax and consulting services RSM Australia has leased a full floor totalling 659 sqm within the 12,500 sqm building.
In another deal, professional and managed services for Oracle cloud platform, Rubicon Red has leased approximately 129 sqm.
340 Adelaide St is located on two power grids, a rarity for the Brisbane CBD and refurbished in 2015.
