Jason Riley has joined Nofada Immobilier as director of investments, Green Street News can reveal.
Nofada created the position to support its effort to massively increase its portfolio. Riley, based in the firm’s Montréal headquarters, started on Nov. 11 and reports to president Julien Simard.
Riley’s key responsibilities include acquisitions, investor relations, financing and reporting.
Most recently, he was director of investment and financing at Camco Realties for just over a year. Before that, he worked at Carbonleo, a Mont-Royal, Que.-based real estate development and management company, for about a year and a half.
Founded in 2014, Nofada acquires, optimizes and manages multi-residential buildings, mainly in Montréal, Québec City and the southern St. Lawrence River shore area.
