AN expanding North Sunshine business has leased an office and warehouse facility in Sunshine West at $75,000 per annum.
CVA’s Leo Mancino negotiated the deal for 72 Enterprise Way in Melbourne’s western suburbs at a building rate of $79.20 per sqm.
It has a modern two-level showroom and high-clearance, clear span warehouse, and offered no owners corporation and direct street frontage.
