CM Office Supplies has sub-leased an industrial building at Burwood in Melbourne’s east in a deal negotiated by Savills Australia.
Savills’ industrial executive Daniel Kelly negotiated the deal on behalf of a Melbourne based private investor.
The rent was not disclosed but it is believed to be around $68,000 per annum net.
The 80 Highbury Rd property comprises an 800 sqm facility located within close proximity to the company’s former premises.
“CM were located just around the corner and the opportunity presented itself for main Rd presence with good parking, more room and passing trade and so it was really a very good fit at the perfect time,” Kelly said.
