ONE Tree Agriculture has purchased a 5,993ha property west of Goondiwindi in southern Queensland from Australian Pastoral Group (APG) for more than $15 million.
The sale was negotiated by Henry Leonard from Leonard and Co, Raine and Horne Rural in Goondiwindi, who had previously negotiated the sale in 2014 to APG.
The Kinbeachie Aggregation is a crop site also suitable for backgrounding cattle and comprises the Kinbeachie, Tegege and Birribindibil sites.
One Tree Agriculture is ultimately owned by US company Cargill via Black River Asset Management.
