ONLINE store Klika Pty Ltd has leased a large scale warehouse facility at Oakleigh in Melbourne’s south-east.
CBRE’s David Aiello and Stephen Adgemis negotiated the deal on behalf Welford Banner Pty Ltd.
Klika committed to a five-year term on the property for a rental of $340,000 per annum.
Located at 76-80 Carroll Rd Oakleigh, the property comprises 1,283 sqm of office space and a 4,895 sqm warehouse.
Aiello said the property’s location and scope for future expansion were key factors in the deal.
“Location and size were critical to enable efficiencies for the lessee through its supply chain,” Aiello concluded.
