A 19,229ha Albinia site in central Queensland has sold for $11.5 million after being passed in at auction.
The property was purchased by Eddie Dennis. The marketing agent was Michael Goodwin from Australian Livestock in Clermont, acting on behalf of vendor Dale Appleton.
Located on the Belyando River, about 188km north-west of Clermont, the property has both EU and organic accreditation. It was sold bare of stock and plant.
Improvements on the site include a four-bedroom homestead, sheds and yards.
