AN owner occupier has bought a retail property located at ground floor of 33M, a new apartment tower complex in the Melbourne CBD.
Colliers International’s Daniel Wolman negotiated the $650,000 sale of shop 2, 33 Mackenzie St, on behalf of CEL Australia.
33M is a brand new residential tower off Russell St (near corner, Victoria Street) with 372 apartments and two ground floor retail shops. The units will all settle in October.
Wolman said shop 2, which comprises 90 sqm, was sold to an owner occupier who will operate a high-end, quality café and convenience store.
