THE Longford Pharmacy in Tasmania’s north has sold for $495,000, at a circa 8.4% yield with a secure lease to the 40-year old business.
David Headlam of Roberts Real Estate Longford negotiated the sale of the 721 sqm block at 19 Marlborough Street, which has a 350 sqm brick building and General Business Zoning.
The pharmacy is 18 months into a five-year lease with two five-year options, which currently brings in $42,000 per annum plus GST and includes annual CPI increases.
It is located a few metres from the intersection of Marlborough Street and Wellington Street, and near Illawarra Road.
