PORT Bouvard has secured a planning approval for the proposed residential development at Point Grey in the Peel region of Western Australia.
The Western Australian Planning Commission has approved the subdivision, which paves the way for the first 341 lots at Point Grey, which will ultimately yield 3,000 plus lots.
CEO John Wroth said the group is also well advanced in the approval process for proposed Marina within Point Grey, with final EPA recommendation expected by the end of 2011 and Commonwealth resolution in early 2012.
Located approximately 20km west of the Pinjarra town site, Point Grey is surrounded by the Peel Inlet and the Harvey Estuary in the Shire of Murray, WA.
