A RETAIL and office building with redevelopment potential (STCA) at Oakleigh in Melbourne’s south-east has sold a private investor for $630,000.
The vacant 170 sqm building which includes a two-bedroom dwelling, on a land area of 156 sqm at 184 Warrigal Rd Oakleigh was sold by Ray White Commercial Oakleigh’s George Kelepouris.
“The purchaser plans to renovate the property and then lease it out,” he said.
Kelepouris said the building is zoned ‘commercial 1’ and has potential for a multi-storey apartment (STCA).
