CBRE’s Jamie King negotiated the agreement for 150 sqm located at Level 4, 59 Goulburn St, on behalf of Roxy-Pacific.
The tenant committed to a four-year term on an initial rental of $568 per sqm gross.
King said the tenant was attracted to the site’s strategic position directly opposite the World Square office and retail development.
