A VACANT industrial property at Welshpool in Perth’s inner south-east has sold for $3 million following a receiver-appointed offering.
The 4,530sqm site located at 9 Fargo Way comprises two warehouses and surplus hardstand.
The 1,400sqm Warehouse 1 includes 165sqm of showroom and office space, 255sqm mezzanine, and two roller doors and has a maximum height of 7.5 metres. Warehouse 2 encompasses 750sqm and features four roller doors and a maximum truss height of 9.4 metres.
The property is located in Perth’s inner south-eastern industrial area, close to Roe Highway, Tonkin Highway and Orrong Road.
Daniel Makin and Liam Tierney of Alliance Commercial negotiated the sale. The agency sold the property in March last year for $3.52 million.
