Commercial developments include a $32 million Quest Hotel now under construction, and works will begin on an Anytime Fitness gym shortly. Both are located in the Stadium Village precinct, home to Robina Train Station, CBus Super Stadium and Vue Terrace Homes.
Construction recently started on the $30 million Acuity Business Park opposite The Rocket office tower, as have works on Odyssey Private Aged Care, and Japara Aged Care’s Robina Rise is nearing completion.
