The five-bedroom, six-bathroom house at 2 Fernleigh Gardens in Rose Bay sits on a 860sqm site and boasts parking for six, a live in maids’ quarter, full room wine cellar, a home theatre, lift, spa, sauna, pool and gym, plus a dedicated guest quarter with separate access, all on top of views overlooking the harbour.
The home was purchased purchased by Kelly Do and dentist Phuoc Mai, who have an extensive property portfolio across NSW, with the sale facilitated by Alison Coopes.
While the property last sold in 2017 for $19.18 million when the Horizon Media owners Semyon and Dina Pinchuk sold to Xia Danrui.
With the previous sale on record for the property from 1999 at $2.564 million, before the current award-winning residence by Sgammotta Architects was completed in 2003.
The new owners had previously sold their four-bedroom four-bathroom residence at 31 Burns Crescent in Chiswick for $13.3 million, setting a new price record for the suburb.
