ITALIAN eatery and salami café Saluministi has expanded, taking 18sqm of space below the Notel rooftop trailer park accommodation site at 388 Flinders Lane in Melbourne’s CBD.
The deal was negotiated by Colliers International agents Cam Taranto and Jarrod Herscu at $2,388 per sqm net.
This is Saluministi’s first expansion out of its original site in Atkin St North Melbourne.
