NIGEL Satterley has further cemented his Satterley Property Group’s presence in Melbourne with the $100 million purchase of a 214ha parcel of land in the northern suburb of Mickleham.
The site has potential for 2000 lots.
Biggin & Scott Lands directors Frank Nagle and Andrew Egan handled the sale on behalf of a consortium of adjoining owners. Satterley is reportedly in due diligence on a 135ha site in Caroline Springs, in the city’s west, with a $70 million asking price.
