SAVILLS has secured the largest commercial office leasing deal in Hamilton, Queensland by signing APN News.
APN News has agreed to lease 1,800 sqm of commercial office space at the refurbished Sam’s Seafood Cold Stores building at 9 Hercules Street, Hamilton.
The new offices will house the publishers’ media sales call centre and media production facility on the site. APN also have offices in Park Road, Milton, Queensland.
The building is at the main entrance to the Multiplex development Portside Wharf and Restaurant precinct.
Savills’ associate director of Commercial Leasing Stuart Moody transacted the deal.
“Rental rates in the building are approximately $370 per sqm gross,” he concluded.
