DEVELOPER Sherpa Property Group is launching a new brand within its residential platform, with Flourish set to deliver a range of apartment options for a diverse mix of buyers.
Flourish will largely target occupiers across the Gold Coast, including first homebuyers, downsizers, and growing families, with prices starting below $700,000 to around $3 million.
The first Flourish offering will be located on the Palm Beach site purchased by Sherpa in June, at 8-12 Sixth Avenue. With the development will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
“Flourish represents our dedication to creating communities where residents can thrive. This development is about more than just housing; it’s about offering well-located, thoughtfully designed homes with excellent communal facilities that enhance residents’ quality of life,” said Daniel Clarke, general manager at Sherpa.
“Our goal is to empower our residents with the environment and tools they need to flourish personally and financially, staying true to our core principles of innovation, value, less is more, and customisation.”
Flourish on Sixth Avenue is also located within close range of beaches, parks and the Palm Beach hospitality scene.
The average price of new apartments on the Gold Coast has recently passed the $1.6 million mark for the first time, according to Colliers’ latest Gold Coast Residential Market Report.
The report also revealed a 45% increase from the previous quarter and a 14.5% increase from the previous record set in September 2022.
Sherpa has completed ten projects across the Gold Coast in the last six years, with another four currently in the pipeline.
Sixth Avenue is set to launch to market in late 2024.
