Signature Living has put The Shankly and 30 James Street hotels in Liverpool city centre up for sale for £35m and £16m, respectively.
Savills has been appointed to manage the sales process.
The Shankly Hotel, located at 60 Victoria Street, features 59 apart-hotel style bedrooms all based upon the football player and manager, Bill Shankly. It includes a bar, restaurant, and two event suites.
The Grade II listed 30 James Street comprises 63 themed rooms, a rooftop terrace bar and restaurant.
