SINGAPORE’S MindChamps PreSchool continues to expand in Sydney with the acquisition of two childcare centres for $5.90 million.
MindChamps has bought the business and assets of two preschool centres at Hurstville and Wheeler Heights from Smart Child Care.
MindChamps will also be entering into new leases with the respective landlords of each preschool centre premise.
The Singaporean group said the acquisitions are part of the company’s strategy to expand and it is expected to have a positive impact on the earnings for the financial year ending 31 December 2018.
This latest acquisition comes three months after MindChamps acquired four centres in Sydney for $13 million.
Upon completion, MindChamps’ portfolio in Australia will increase to 12 assets.
