MH Premium Farms has acquired the 2,573-hectare beef cattle operation Deltroit Station at Gundagai, reportedly for $16 million – $19 million.
MH Premium Farms is owned by British-Australian business identity Sir Michael Hintze.
Inglis Rural Property agent Sam Triggs sold the property on behalf of Australian Pastoral Group.
APG has now sold all three of its rural properties, following its offloading of the 143,000-hectare Neumayer Valley and 5,902-hectare Kinbeachie sites. It purchased Deltroit Station in 2013 for a reported $15.5 million.
The property includes fertile creek flats rising to soft undulating farming and grazing country has been used to fatten steers, turning off up to 4,500 head of cattle each year.
Improvements on the station include a heritage five-bedroom 1903 Federation-style homestead that was renovated in 1979 and in 2000, as well as a pool, tennis court and six hectares of gardens.
