ORGANIC facial skincare company Origani has signed a seven-year lease at 191 Swanston in Melbourne’s CBD.
Origani secured a seven-year lease across 56 sqm.
CBRE’s Zelman Ainsworth and Samantha Hunt negotiated the deal off market on behalf of Erdi Group for an annual rental of $4,303 per sqm.
Ainsworth said the deal was evidence of strengthening demand from international retailers looking to acquire street stores in the Melbourne CBD over shopping centre outlets.
