LOCAL bedding giant Beds for Backs has leased a recently refurbished 550 sqm showroom in Melbourne’s northern suburb of Fairfield.
Anthony Carbone and Craig McKellar of CVA negotiated the 3+3+3+3-year term for 388 Heidelberg Road at $90,000 per annum net plus outgoings and GST, at a building rate of $163.64 per sqm.
It has an open-plan layout with roller door access, and a frontage of 43 metres to Heidelberg Road. It is close to High Street, St Georges Road and the Eastern Freeway.
