A FIVE offices complex in South Burnie has sold for $210,000.
The 650sqm site at 12 Reeves Street was sold partially leased and comprises 180sqm office space and meeting room and amenities, as well as secure parking.
Dennis Wragg of Roberts Burnie sold the property.
The site is located opposite the entrance of a Bunnings Warehouse and close to the waterfront commercial precinct along Marine Terrace.
