Northern Trust has secured Nationwide at its Navigation business park near Wolves, which is now fully let following the latest spate of deals.
Located in Wednesbury, the park has achieved seven new lettings this year to take it to fully occupied. Nationwide has agreed a 10-year lease a new crash repair centre, whilst Core Access Rentals is the latest company to move into a 2,500 sq ft unit on the estate.
Navigation Point totals 51,305 sq ft and provides 16 industrial / trade counter units in sizes ranging from 1,400 sq ft up to 9,500 sq ft.
The estate which is located at Golds Hill Way, Great Bridge, and benefits from transport links to the junction 1 of the M5 less than 10 miles away and Junction 8 of the M6 5 miles away.
Lambert Smith Hampton acts as joint letting agents on the estate alongside Whittle Jones, which manage the site on behalf of Northern Trust.
