ST Hilliers has obtained Development Approval from the City of Ryde Council to expand its proposed $140 million commercial development at 88 Talavera Road, North Ryde.
St Hilliers has maximised the Talavera Road property’s appeal to tenants and endusers through the revised DA scheme, which has increased the total floor area of the development by approximately 4000 sqm, or 10%.
The development now comprises 32,000 square metres of A-Grade commercial accommodation over three buildings of six levels.
The Talavera Road property, has been earmarked for a fourth fund offering by St Hilliers Funds Management. St Hilliers is close to finalising the capital raising for this fund.
Talavera Road is located opposite the Macquarie Shopping Centre.
