STOCKLAND's Murrays Beach residential community in Lake Macquarie, NSW has won the HIA Award for Residential Lifestyle Development.
Murrays Beach is located on the eastern shore of Lake Macquarie, a few minutes’ drive from Swansea, just 90 minutes north of Sydney and 30 minutes south of Newcastle.
The $500 million project is a 15 year project to develop the 180 hectares site at Murrays Beach.
